Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your booking without incurring any fees up until 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation ("no-show") will result in a charge for the full appointment cost.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion for Services not rendered or in cases where technical issues prevented the delivery of Services.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at refunds@auravictus.com with your booking details and the reason for your request.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 7-14 business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, therapist unavailability, or technical issues.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly and offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
